Math Roots Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Math Roots website. Math Roots provides mathematics professional learning to school districts and schools under written partnership agreements. Those agreements — not this page — govern the services themselves.
1. About this site
This website describes our mathematics professional learning partnership for district and school leaders, and lets you contact us about it. It is informational. Using it does not create a partnership, an engagement, or any obligation on either side.
2. Partnership services are governed separately
Program scope, pricing, scheduling, deliverables, the guarantee, and all other commercial terms are set out in a written services agreement executed between Math Roots and your district or school. Descriptions on this website — including program structure, pricing, and outcome commitments — are summaries for evaluation purposes. Where this website and an executed agreement differ, the executed agreement controls.
3. Outcome data and results
Student outcome figures shown on this site come from specific pilot implementations and are attributed to their source and assessment instrument where they appear. They describe what happened in those settings. They are not a prediction or promise of results in any other district or school. Any outcome commitment we make to you, including the guarantee, is only the one written into your executed agreement.
4. Inquiries you submit
When you submit an inquiry through this site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make the inquiry on behalf of the organization you name. We handle what you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website, the Math Roots name and marks, and the instructional materials and methods described here — including the Generative Math Learning Framework (©2025 Moore and Lewis) — are owned by Math Roots or its licensors. You may share and reference this site for the purpose of evaluating a partnership. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
6. Third-party links
This site links to material hosted by third parties, including video examples. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Math Roots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing here limits any obligation Math Roots owes under an executed partnership agreement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of it.
