• Student Information: Student's name, age/grade level, and educational needs.
• Session Data: Video and audio recordings of tutoring sessions, chat logs, and transcripts.
• Usage Data: Technical information about how you access and use our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve our tutoring services
• Process payments and communicate with you about your account
• Send session reminders and progress reports
• Train and improve our educational methods and technology, including artificial intelligence systems (see Section 5)

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating our business (payment processors, video conferencing platforms)
• To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights
• With your explicit consent

5. AI Training and Development

With your separate, explicit consent (provided via our Media & Data Consent Form), we use session recordings and transcripts to develop and train an artificial intelligence math tutoring application. This data is processed to:

• Analyze effective teaching methods and student interactions
• Train machine learning models to provide automated tutoring assistance

Important: We do not share personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, faces, or voices with third parties for AI training. Data used for AI development is processed internally and anonymized where feasible.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Session recordings are retained as needed for our AI development purposes as described in the Media & Data Consent Form.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for children under parental supervision. We collect student information only with parental consent. Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
• Withdraw consent for AI data usage (see Media & Data Consent Form)

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance.
